I help overwhelmed Christian women surrender what God never asked them to carry  so they can win their worry battles, live stronger than stress, and experience God’s great adventure of faith and purpose for their lives. That’s the heartbeat behind every message I bring to the stage.

Since 2005, I’ve spoken to audiences from 80 to over 8,000 at churches, women’s conferences, and leadership events across the US and abroad,  averaging 20–25 events annually. Before launching full-time speaking in 2016, I spent 14 years on church staff as Executive Director of Ministry, leading teaching and spiritual growth across five campuses and 10,000 attendees.

Barb teaches the basic of how and why God created us with a stress response and the factors that lead to a lifestyle of chronic stress. Using Paul’s teaching on spiritual growth, Barb provides tools to help you identify the source of your stress, scripture-based exercises to break your physical stress response.

Stronger Than Stress

Everyone experiences seasons of stress, but you aren’t condemned to a lifestyle of constant chronic stress. Yet, how many of Christian women are stuck in constant stress and feeling discouraged in their Christian life.

If we believe that Jesus came to bring us freedom, then it means that you can learn to live free from the spiritual problem of chronic stress. Barb teaches from Jesus’ words in Matthew 11 and equips you to experience the unforced rhythms of grace so that you can experience God’s strength and peace.
