Thrive Collective Overview

Applications close on October 5, 2026

(Zoom interviews begin in October. Cohort announced in mid-November.)

Internship lasts from January 4, 2027 - December 10, 2027.
Thrive Collective participants will meet with Barb for personalized, one-on-one mentoring. She will encourage, equip and help you excel toward your personal and ministry goals!
The Thrive Collective cohort will participate in one monthly training on the first Tuesday evening of each month. Training meetings will feature a wide range of topics and special guests from Barb's wide circle of connections.
There will be weekly check-ins tailored to the availability of each cohort member.

Thrive Collective Vision Cast

Every great journey must begin with the end in mind. So, here is the vision cast for your Thrive Collective experience. After months of praying and dreaming about how God wants me to walk alongside of you, these are the themes that we will step into over the course of your coaching/mentoring experience.

Each month of the Thrive Collective builds on the last, whether it's learning to breathe again, to walking in serenity, to the kind of confidence you've dreamed of experiencing. Knowing you, this isn't just a journey to become more confident in your own abilities, but I know that you also desire greater levels of God-confidence as well.

By the end of this experience, you're not just further along. You're different. The goal isn't to complete the monthly lessons, but for you to experience a continuous unfolding of who God's been shaping you to become all along.

The result? Each theme meets you where you are and moves you toward the leader, and the Jesus-loving woman that you're capable of becoming.

Frequently Asked Questions

The participants who will get the most out of The Thrive Collective will have a minimum of three years of leadership experience. For example, this cohort is designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, pastors, women's ministry leaders, ministry leadership, board members or Bible teachers.

Important: Since we will work remotely with each other and technology will be used in most every project or function, a high level of familiarity, expertise and comfort with technology (Zoom, livestreaming, social media, Trello and other softwares) is highly recommended.

There is no age requirement for qualified candidates. The goal of The Thrive Collective is to install and elevate existing leadership skills so that participants can leverage this experience for the glory of God and to continue to make a lasting and positive impact on others.

Once you complete the application process, I will contact you at the beginning of October to schedule an interview via Zoom.

This interview will be an upbeat, get-to-know you experience that I pray will be an encouragement to you.

When I send the interview booking email, I'll include the questions for our conversation if you'd like to prepare in advance.
